My opinion is that every military strategy decision they choose, it turns around an economical political inner strategy mostly unknown to the most of common humans.

The Nato will survive until there wiil exist this kinda strategy. Eventually, whenever another "enemy" will show itself on earth...a religious one for example...

Great words and great political fervour from leaders at the end of NATO's Lisbon summit.
The new Alliance strategy will be to develop a Missile Defence capability to protect NATO’s populations and territories in Europe against ballistic missile attacks...
    Oh... Oh...
But wasn' t this considered a tactical resource?
Why have Nato leaders shows us a wrong concept?
Maybe haven't they one real strategy?
Nato decides in favour of develop of a great Missile Defence capability but... At same time NATO opts for reduce of 35% its own structure... Maybe it's this last thing the real NATO's strategy for future...
it's like our Public Administration...great and clear outside, skinny and mysterious inside---- skinny because u never find'em in their bureaus

Yes, the document is an adaptation of something other than an alliance between people who are all on the same scale ...
